• All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice

Payment is collected at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. eucaloo does not store your card details.

• We deliver within Lebanon. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and order volume
• eucaloo is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (traffic, weather, courier issues)
• It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. We cannot be held liable for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer
• Shipping fees, if any, are shown at checkout before payment

Our refund and exchange policy applies to all purchases. Please read it carefully before ordering. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted those terms.

We do our best to display colors and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and photography lighting. These differences do not constitute grounds for a refund. If you are unsure about a product, contact us before purchasing.
