Changed your mind on size or color?
We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition with all tags still attached
- Free of any stains, odors, or signs of use
- Final sale items are not eligible for exchange
When something goes wrong on our end
We consider refund requests only in the following cases:
- The item arrived with a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item
- The item was significantly different from what was shown online
Please note: eucaloo does not issue cash or card refunds at this time. If your request is approved, the value of the item will be credited to your account as a eucaloo gift card, which you can use on any future purchase. We do not offer any form of reimbursement for change of mind, sizing preferences, or items that show signs of wear.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances
- Tags must be intact - removed tags signal the item has been used
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange
- We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet these conditions
