We want your eucaloo order to reach you safely and as quickly as possible. All orders are handed over to trusted third-party courier companies who handle delivery across Lebanon. Once your order leaves our hands, it is in theirs.
Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase. You will always know the cost before you pay - no surprises.
Delivery times vary depending on your area and the courier. Estimated timeframes are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high demand, traffic conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Please double-check your address before completing your order. Once an order is dispatched to the courier, we are unable to redirect or modify the delivery. eucaloo is not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
It is in the courier's hands
As soon as we hand your order to the courier, responsibility for the delivery passes to them. This means:
- Tracking updates, if available, will come from the courier directly
- Delivery scheduling and timing is managed by the courier
- Any delivery issues (missed attempts, delays, lost parcels) must be followed up with the courier
- eucaloo cannot intervene in or override courier operations once a package is dispatched
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the case and do our best to help. If your order appears lost, contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
